Order processing and shipping time

In the website you can order only those goods actually available in our stock to ensure a fast delivery.
For orders received before 1:00 p.m. goods will be shipped the same day. For orders received after 1:00 p.m. goods will be shipped the following working day.

Delivery methods

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via TNT (Express or Economy Express), DHL (Express Worldwide) and Euro Express (insured shipment available) couriers. 3 meters long aluminium profiles can be shipped only via Euro Express or DHL courier.
When goods are delivered customers are asked to check that the packaging is not damaged. Any damage to the packaging must be immediately notified to the courier by writing on the delivery sheet "accepted subject to checking" and specifying the reason for your claim (such as “damaged package”).

Payment methods

Purchases made in Lighting Line website are safe and reliable and you can choose the payment method you prefer.

- Bank transfer

If you decide to pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed only after we receive your payment. You must pay within 5 days from order date, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
Remember that in the reason for payment you need to specify the order number and the order date.

- Credit Card/Paypal

Paypal allows you to pay by your account or by credit card. Since you are immediately charged, your order will be processed faster.

Returns and refunds

Unused goods can be returned carriage paid within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Once we receive goods back and verify their good conditions we will process the refund.
